Greta Pedraza is an Executive Director and Head of Corporate Finance at Resilience Insurance Analytics, where she leads the firm’s corporate finance practice and specializes in insurance risk assessment for complex asset-based and leveraged finance transactions. With more than nine years of experience in the insurance consulting industry, Greta advises lenders, borrowers, and transaction teams on insurance requirements and risk considerations across debt financings, M&A, refinancings, and other complex transactions. She brings a unique legal and insurance perspective to her work, having earned her BA from The George Washington University and her JD from American University Washington College of Law.
