Aurous is a manufacturer-founded trade and production finance company, innovating on the premise of purchase order finance (“PO finance”) with a novel transactional lending model. Aurous makes payments of up to $20MM per transaction directly on our clients' behalf into their supply chain, covering any costs necessary to get finished goods to an end buyer (e.g., raw materials, direct manufacturer payments, co-packer payments, LC negotiation, freight, customs, freight forwarding, warehouse bills, etc). We fund component manufacturing, and we are willing to let our clients participate in their own supply chains. Our typical client anticipates needing at least $400k in cost coverage. Our clients pay a daily rate on any dollar deployed, only once it's been deployed. We are industry agnostic, startup-friendly, and have no minimum utilization requirements, and no long-term contracts. Aurous actively works with over 90 leading banks and AR lenders to facilitate our exit out of any transaction, and fund in any geography supporting the creation of a factorable receivable. Aurous can facilitate letters of credit for orders with longer production lead times. Aurous is able to fund a first transaction within ten days of receiving a complete application package- and funds subsequent transactions with 24 hours notice.
