Ms. Theng joined Sound Point in 2022 and is currently a Vice President in the Capital Solutions Group. Prior to joining Sound Point, Ms. Theng was a Vice President in the Global Corporate & Investment Banking group at MUFG focusing on originating and structuring bespoke working capital solutions for both corporate and private equity clients. Previously she was a Portfolio Management Team Lead at MUFG in Toronto, specializing in credit transactions across Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas, and Power & Utilities. Prior to MUFG, Ms. Theng was a Ratings Analyst at S&P Global Ratings.

Ms. Theng earned a B.Com. in International Management, cum laude, from University of Ottawa, Telfer School of Management. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
