Vince Mancuso brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial finance, offering strategic leadership and deep industry insight to stakeholders and service partners. Over the course of his career, he has held key roles across sales, credit, portfolio management, and executive leadership. In his current role as Executive Vice President & Sales Director at Bay View Funding, Vince oversees the business development team, spearheading portfolio growth and expanding the company’s presence nationwide. A recognized authority in the field, he has developed over 20 specialized training programs and holds esteemed credentials, including the Certified Account Executive in Factoring (CAEF) from the International Factoring Association and the Secured Finance Certified Professional (SFCP) from the Secured Finance Network.
