White & Case Advises Lenders on Financing for Acquisition of Vittoria

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the lenders on a senior term and revolving credit facility agreement to finance the acquisition by British investment fund Telemos Capital of a majority stake in Vittoria, an Italian manufacturer of bicycle tyres and related accessories.
The pool of lenders comprised Crédit Agricole, UniCredit, BPER Banca, Deutsche Bank and Muzinich.
