Nazette joins BakerHostetler from an AmLaw 50 law firm, where he was co-chair of its U.S. debt finance practice. He represents banks and other financial institutions, borrowers, credit funds, and private equity clients and their portfolio companies in a wide range of financing transactions both nationally and across international borders.

Nazette represents his clients in syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, senior and subordinated transactions, asset-based loans, acquisition financings, real estate financings, loan restructurings, and troubled loan workouts, among other financing transactions.

He has consistently been recognized by Chambers USA as a top Ohio banking and finance lawyer, among other awards and recognitions.

Nazette received his B.S., cum laude, from Miami University and his MBA and J.D., both cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
