Huntington Business Credit Closes new Credit Facility with Leader Global Solutions, LLC

Huntington Business Credit acting as Administrative Agent, Bookrunner and Lead Arranger announced it closed a $150,000,000 new credit facility with Leader Global Solutions, LLC on September 23, 2022.  Proceeds of the facility were used to refinance existing debt and provide ongoing working capital growth financing.           

Leader Global Solutions, LLC, headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida, provides trade finance solutions to companies predominantly in Central and South America.                         

Huntington Business Credit provides working capital and term loan facilities to large corporate and middle market companies for acquisitions, LBO’s, MBO’s recapitalizations, rapid growth, seasonal working capital build-up, and turnaround situations.
