Winston & Strawn advised MacLean Power Systems (“MPS”), a subsidiary of MacLean-Fogg Company (“MacLean-Fogg”) and a leading manufacturer of products for transmission, distribution, substation, and communications infrastructure, with respect to a majority investment from Centerbridge Partners, L.P.  MacLean-Fogg will continue to hold a minority ownership position in MPS following the transaction, which will allow MacLean-Fogg to continue investing in strategic products in its remaining business lines and expand product offerings.
