Stuart J. Wells is Counsel at the law firm of White and Williams LLP.  For the past twenty years, he has represented lenders and borrowers with respect to commercial financing disputes in federal and state courts. He also advised lenders and borrowers with respect to out-of-court restructurings and settlements and emerging issues in the alternative lending space.  Mr. Wells lectures on emerging issues regarding the commercial finance industry as well as disclosure and other regulations impacting both alternative and traditional lenders.
