As Head of Internal Communications at the Mercedes F1 Team, she shaped the employee experience for more than 1,300 people, supporting a culture that powered one of the greatest dynasties in Formula 1 history.
In 2024, Nicole was appointed Independent Non-Executive Director to the board of Motorsport UK, where she chairs the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
