MBA, Vice President, Autism at Work Global Head, JPMorgan Chase & Co.

As the global head of Autism at Work, Musi is responsible for establishing partnerships with regional autism organizations, including universities and research institutes in creating a talent pipeline for individuals with Autism Spectrum Condition. Her responsibilities include creating a global Neurodiversity strategy that will develop, influence, drive and execute efficient processes and to help augment and create a firmwide Neuroinclusive culture. This model will ensure implementing Neuroinclusive end-to-end processes and talent lifecycle as well as ensuring best practices for training of managers, recruiters and colleagues to support autistic employees.
She has held several roles at JPMorgan, from managing and mitigating financial risk associated with Acquisition and Trading of Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS) and Whole Loans in Corporate Investment Bank (CIB), to leading the Transaction Management in Loan transfers as well as a trusted Risk Advisor in Credit Risk Management.

Musi has been recognized and awarded #3 as 2022 Top 50 Women We Admire in Dallas, among other women leaders who have paved the way for the City’s success for her tireless efforts and dedication in creating and executing strategies in creating a talent pipeline for autistic individuals seeking employment. Additionally, she is Untapped’s Top DEIB Leaders of 2022 “Walk The Walk” Award winner, among other leaders who challenge the status quo and push the DEIB forward in their organizations and communities.

Raising a son with a hidden disability during these unprecedented times of the pandemic and endemic of the social injustices has certainly amplified her “why” in her profession and purpose and is now a Ph.D. student pursuing a doctorate in Public Policy, Social Policy cognate. She has been with the firm for 18 years and is intentional in driving disability inclusion globally!
