Mark Gorman

SVP, EDI Coordinator, Rosenthal Capital Group

Mark Gorman, SVP, is the EDI Coordinator at Rosenthal Capital Group, one of the largest privately-held factoring and finance companies in the United States with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta and Chicago.  Rosenthal finances middle market companies in a wide array of industries, with a focus in the apparel industry. The firm also active in furniture, real estate and equipment leasing. Mark is responsible for the system integration between clients, customers and Rosenthal as well as internal operations of all divisions.

During the formation of EDI (electronic data interchange) standards for the finance industry, Mark served on committees with the Secured Finance Network, The Uniform Code Council (www.gs1.org ) and DISA (www.disa.org ). This work established the guidelines for financial transactions to be exchanged electronically between multiple parties.

Mark has been in the finance industry for 20+ years and has worked with EDI in prior companies involved in ocean freight, heavy industry and apparel.
