Chief Credit Officer, Factoring, eCapital

As Chief Credit Officer for eCapital’s Factoring division, Kash leads credit strategy and is part of the Internal Credit Committee, guiding key decisions that shape the group’s risk profile. He plays a central role in evolving underwriting practices—applying emerging technologies and data-driven insights to enhance credit evaluation and financial forecasting, as well as having oversight over portfolio performance and operations. 

Kash brings a global perspective shaped by leadership roles at Virgin Money, Lloyds, and Barclays across multiple geographies, including Asia, Africa, and Europe, as well as previous positions at eCapital Commercial Finance, where he served as President, eCapital Canada. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from University College London, England (UCL).
