Jennifer Hildebrandt

Jennifer B. Hildebrandt is a partner in the Global Finance group at Paul Hastings LLP. Based in Los Angeles, she advises banks and other lenders on complex commercial finance transactions, including asset-based and cash flow lending, restructurings, workouts, and special situation financings.

Her practice includes sophisticated multi-tranche and multi-lien structures, such as two-lien financings, split-collateral arrangements, and first-out/last-out unitranche transactions. Jennifer has worked across a broad range of industries and on cross-border matters. Earlier in her career, she practiced in bankruptcy courts in the Central District of California.

Jennifer is an experienced speaker and educator on topics central to the secured finance industry, including intercreditor agreements, unitranche facilities, commercial loan documentation, financial covenants, restructuring, and lender due diligence. She has also co-authored articles in The Secured Lender on secured lending and intercreditor issues.

She has been recognized by Chambers USA for Banking & Finance in California and was named a 2026 Leader of Influence in Banking & Finance by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
