Helena Stoever

Collateral Analyst, Siena Lending Group

Helena Stoever is a Collateral Analyst at Siena Lending Group LLC, where she supports credit operations within the firm’s asset-based lending platform. In her role, she works closely with internal teams to analyze collateral performance and ensure the accuracy and integrity of client reporting. In this role, she works with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries including sporting goods retail, healthcare staffing, metals manufacturing, textile manufacturing, medical wholesalers, hospitals, and aerospace manufacturing.

In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities in credit operations, Helena contributes to internal system testing and implementation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and optimizing workflow across the platform. Her involvement in these projects reflects her interest in leveraging technology and process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of lending operations.

Helena joined Siena Lending Group as a summer intern in 2024, where she gained exposure to the firm’s originations process. During her internship, she managed and maintained the firm’s LSA database, supporting the deal pipeline and assisting the team in tracking prospective opportunities. Following her internship, Helena transitioned into a full-time role after graduating from Sacred Heart University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.

While at Sacred Heart, Helena was a four-year NCAA Division I field hockey student-athlete, balancing the demands of competitive athletics with her academic studies. She also held a leadership role within the Student Athlete Advisory Committee, helping represent the voice of student-athletes and promote engagement between athletics administration and the broader campus community.

Beyond athletics, Helena was actively involved in community service initiatives. She helped organize annual clothing drives supporting Lifebridge in Bridgeport, Connecticut, volunteered weekly at the Bridgeport Soup Kitchen, and participated in the annual “Walk a Mile in Her Shoes” event in Fairfield, raising awareness for issues surrounding gender-based violence.
