Board Members

Peter York was head of J.P. Morgan’s Asset-Based Lending practice for the Investment Bank. Mr. York had been with J.P. Morgan for over 18 years and has over 26 years of secured asset-based lending experience.

Mr. York's strengths include large multi-bank syndicated financing; cross border structuring; Leveraged Buyout finance; and Bankruptcy and DIP financing. He started his career as a certified public accountant working in public accounting for 3 years. Mr. York graduated with a BS in accounting from The Ohio State University. He is actively involved with his alma mater in fund raising and with the college of business. Mr. York lives in Naperville, Illinois with his wife and two sons.
