Mandana Sadigh

Senior Vice President and Corporate Treasurer, Mattel

Mandana Sadigh serves as the Senior Vice President and Corporate Treasurer of Mattel. She is responsible for all aspects of global treasury operations, capital investment policy, global insurance, and risk management. She has over 30 years of experience at Mattel leading corporate finance and strategy functions, serving as the Divisional CFO for the largest segments of the business. Earlier in her career, Mandana held a variety of roles in corporate banking. She is a member of Mattel’s Administrative Committee, responsible for overseeing Mattel’s retirement, 401(k) and deferred compensation plans.

Mandana is the President and member of the Board of Directors of Far West Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Mattel, Inc. She sits on the Board of The Toy Association, where she serves on the Investment Committee. Mandana is also a member of Bank of America’s Global Corporate Advisory Board.
