Kelly Mariotti

President & CEO, The Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers

Kelly Mariotti joined The Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers (AHAM) as President & CEO in July 2022 bringing an extensive background in both association and manufacturing leadership. Prior to AHAM, Kelly served as the Executive Director of the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association (JPMA), where she led member engagement and advocacy programs and served as a spokesperson for the industry and, at the same time, as Vice President of Client Services for Association Headquarters (AH), JPMA’s Association Management Company.

Kelly’s manufacturing background includes more than 15 years as founder, President & CEO of a branded baby furniture and decorative accessories company. After selling the company, and prior to joining JPMA and AH, Kelly served as CEO of First Candle, a safe-sleep NGO.

Kelly earned her law degree from Georgetown University and practiced M&A and Securities Law at Dewey Ballantine early in her career. In addition, she is a certified public accountant, certified association executive and has graduate certificates in both nonprofit management and advanced product safety management. She has served as a member of the ASTM F15 Consumer Products Executive Subcommittee and currently represents AHAM as a member of the ANSI Board of Directors, the ASAE Key Industry Associations Committee, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Association Committee of 100, and as an Advisory Board member of the National Association of Manufacturers’ Council of Manufacturing Associations.
