Head of Underwriting, Wells Fargo Capital Finance

Joye Lynn is a Managing Director and Head of Underwriting for Wells Fargo Capital Finance. In this leadership capacity she guides an international team responsible for delivering over $10 billion in bespoke asset‐based and traditional bank product solutions annually to middle market and large corporate clients by underwriting capital for strategic expansion, M&A, restructuring, working capital, and general corporate purposes.

Prior to leading underwriting, Joye established the Corporate Asset Based Lending team at Wells Fargo Capital Finance and grew the portfolio to over $17 billion in commitments across industrial, consumer products, TMT, and healthcare industries servicing clients in the United States, Canada, and EMEA.

Over her 25+ years of experience in banking she has established and strengthened risk and control programs, served as the line of business lead for LIBOR transition, led a team of Loan Syndications professionals, and focused on developing junior talent and Diversity & Inclusion efforts within the business. Joye holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology.
