Winners are selected through a nominations process that begins in November. We celebrate each class of winners at our 40 Under 40 Awards Gala in mid-June.

Recognizing those whose lifetime contributions have left a lasting legacy on the industry and exemplify the highest standards of excellence.
Our Hall of Fame comprises honorees of our Lifetime Achievement Awards, bestowed upon individuals who have made unique, significant, or lasting contributions to the secured finance industry throughout their careers, as nominated and voted on by their peers. They are recognized at a special ceremony just prior to our Annual Convention each November.
