Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $600 million Term B credit facility for Viavi Solutions Inc.
Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for an acquisition by the Borrower and for general corporate purposes.
Viavi Solutions is a global provider of network test, monitoring and assurance solutions for telecommunications, cloud, enterprises, first responders, military, aerospace and railway.
