Eclipse Business Capital, LLC ("EBC") has financed a $160 million senior secured revolving credit facility to a service provider in the oil & gas industry.
The credit facility is secured by accounts receivable and inventory. The transaction refinances the company's existing credit facilities to support ongoing working capital needs.
