Chicago, IL – July 9th, 2024 – Eclipse Business Capital LLC (“EBC”) announced that it has provided a $101.2 million senior secured credit facility, consisting of an ABL revolving line of credit and term loan to an automotive parts manufacturer.
The credit facility is secured by accounts receivable, inventory, and machinery & equipment. The transaction will refinance the Company’s existing credit facilities and provide additional liquidity for working capital purposes.
