SLR Credit Solutions Promotes Smith, Vartanov, Dunn

SLR Credit Solutions announced the following promotions:

Kenny Smith – Senior Managing Director: Kenny is responsible for sourcing and structuring new transactions from a nationwide network of private equity firms, commercial banks, and other intermediaries. He joined SLR Credit Solutions in 2011 and has also held roles at JMH Capital, Breakaway Ventures, and BDC Capital. Kenny received his B.A. from Harvard University and his M.B.A from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of SFNet’s New England Chapter and TMA’s Northeast Chapter.

George Vartanov – Vice President: George works on new deal underwriting and portfolio management. Prior to joining SLR Credit Solutions, George was an Associate at Wells Fargo Capital Finance and has also worked at Conning Asset Management and First Eagle Private Credit. George received a B.S. in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University.

Matthew Dunn – Assistant Vice President:  Matt works on new deal underwriting and portfolio management. Prior to joining SLR Credit Solutions, Matt was an Associate at Wells Fargo Capital Finance and also worked as an analyst at the Wells Fargo Financial Analyst Program. Matt received a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from Northeastern University.
