Crestmark Welcomes Charles D. Starck as Business Development Officer to Commercial Business Credit Group

Crestmark is pleased to announce the appointment of Charles D. Starck as vice president, business development officer for the Commercial Business Credit Group. Based in Milwaukee Wisconsin, he will target businesses in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, and the Chicagoland area; he will report to Senior Vice President, Commercial Business Credit Sales Manager James (Jim) Farrell.
Starck brings more than 15 years of commercial finance experience to Crestmark. He most recently served as managing director of Commercial Banking for Hiawatha National Bank. Along with being top in new business development, he also led the opening of a loan production office, creating synergies between the bank and the finance company being purchased. Prior work history includes Old National Bank Corporation, where he was vice president, corporate banking relationship manager; and US Bank Corporation, where he served as vice president, business banking sales manager.
