Provide Direction, Advocacy and Thought Leadership for Secured Finance Industry

The Secured Finance Network (SFNet) has announced its new Executive and Management Committees for its Fiscal Year 2021, which will begin on October 1.  The Committees, comprised of key leaders in the secured finance industry, will guide the association, make policy decisions, confirm new members and provide advocacy, education and thought leadership for the industry. SFNet also welcomes a new co-general counsel, Bobbi Accord Nolan of Parker, Hudson, Rainier & Dobbs LLP.

“SFNet is the essential community for all organizations and professionals who deliver secured finance to businesses. I look forward to working with our new Committee members to achieve SFNet’s mission of putting capital to work by bringing together and representing the resources that fuel our economies.  The commitment, vision and engagement of our volunteer leaders and members is unwavering and  although we are all facing unique challenges right now, I am excited about the future of our industry and SFNet,” stated Richard D. Gumbrecht, SFNet’s Chief Executive Officer.

The Executive Committee is elected by SFNet’s Board of Directors, made up of representatives from each member company, representing over 270 organizations engaged in the secured finance industry, ranging from large financial institutions to entrepreneurial lenders and factors as well as attorneys, appraisal firms and restructuring firms.  The Management Committee is then elected by the Executive Committee.
