Osborne Named Managing Director at Newpoint

Newpoint Advisors Corporation, a financial advisory firm focused on small distressed companies, today announced that Aaron Osborne, an experienced chief financial officer, has joined the firm as managing director of the Dallas office.

Before joining Newpoint, Osborne was chief financial officer and chairman of the board for nearly 10 years at Shake’s Frozen Custard in Fayetteville, Ark. He also served as CFO for two other corporations and has direct experience with mid-market turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions and in raising capital in the restaurant, healthcare and advertising industries. He earned his Master of Business Administration degree from University of North Carolina and his bachelor's degree in management and finance from Oklahoma State University.
