Letter from the CFCC President for SoCal Chapter

May 18, 2020

To the CFCC and SFNet SoCal community,

We are certainly living through ‘unprecedented times’. First & foremost we hope you and your families are safe and healthy, and that your businesses are coping through this challenging period in our lives. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the front-line workers and everyone that has been directly affected by this terrible pandemic.

Above all, we remain fully committed to the safety of our members, guests and sponsors. The CFCC continues to monitor the COVID-19 status and receives information from local officials. We are all hopeful that we will be able to get back to a safe in-person social networking environment soon.

However, in a world where our member companies, their employees and their clients are working from home, attending conferences and other large gatherings is currently not a realistic option. We understand that networking events, especially during this challenging time, are an essential part of the business world that provides people with a connection to the finance community and the ability to share information with others in the community.

We have always taken great pride in the high standards we have when it comes to the value, education and networking opportunities that we as an organization provide to our members, sponsors and guests. Now more than ever we are trying to meet and exceed these already high standards by providing online content and a series of networking events for our community to participate. These online networking events will include panelists who will offer their industry expertise and knowledge, while also providing interactive capabilities for our audience members to cultivate the sharing of ideas and experiences as we navigate through this new economy.

The goal of our organization is to bring the finance community together through the diverse group of members, sponsors, service providers and industries that make up our membership base, and the finance community as a whole. We are all in this together and the CFCC is dedicated to supporting you and your organizations.

Over the next couple of days, a list of upcoming online networking events will be emailed to everyone and will also be available through our website.

As always, if you have any questions or comments, please feel free to reach out to our board members at any time.

We look forward to connecting with you at one of our upcoming online networking events.

Stay well and healthy!

Sincerely,
1516179897666
