1. Use company-provided equipment that has centralized and up-to-date anti-malware, backup, screen lock, etc. and don't let kids or family on it.

2. For applications and accounts, be sure to use two-factor authentication wherever you can.

3. Don't fall for scam campaigns offering corona safety tips or updates or masks via email, text, and phone. Don't click links or attachments you weren’t expecting. Don't fill out any forms to access information. Don't offer any info over the phone. Everything you need to know is public information.

4. Stick to official websites for coronavirus updates and communicate the facts to your team:

WHO: World Health Organization https://www.who.int/health-topics/coronavirus

CDC: Centers for Disease Control General info, updated constantly https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html

CDC: Centers for Disease Control   Guidance for Businesses https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/guidance-business-response.html5.

5.  Make sure your home Wi-Fi and router have strong passwords to help protect your communications.

6. Regularly update your home security programs to make sure everything is up-to-date against the latest threats.

7. Protect your personal devices like tablets and phones with passwords and pins.

8. Never use public Wi-Fi without using a VPN.

9. Securely store and backup your data. Most companies have procedures put in place for data backup, but make sure your home devices are backed up to the cloud too.

10. Be proactive in communicating your bank's digital features and payment options. Reach out to customers by phone if possible and let them know they can come to your bank with questions and concerns regarding their security. Communicate to your borrowers, that they should over-communicate if they are concerned about making payments on time as a result of the outbreak.
