Winter Harbor Continues to Expand National Presence with Addition of Jay Montgomery

Winter Harbor is pleased to welcome Jay Montgomery to their team. Jay will be responsible for overseeing corporate reorganizations, turnarounds, and financial transactions. He specializes in strategic planning, process improvement, crisis management, cash flow forecasting, and expanding business operations. Jay is based in Columbia, South Carolina.
Jay has played an integral role in directing accounting and treasury operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and treasury departments. Previously, Jay oversaw the servicing of four subsidiaries companies, and was responsible for all credit decisions and collections, and ensuring all customer sales tax and federal licenses were in compliance. Jay comes to Winter Harbor with 20-years of business management experience.
