Chris Creger and Anthony Walker Win 2019 TMA Turnaround Award for Non-Profit Transaction of the Year

CohnReznick LLP, one of the leading advisory, assurance, and tax firms in the United States, is pleased to announce that Chris Creger, Principal, and Antony Walker, Principal, are among this year’s Turnaround Management Association (TMA) Turnaround and Transaction of the Year award-winners.

Creger and Walker are a part of the winning team for 2019 Transaction of the Year: Not for Profit for their work on Wonderwork, Inc., a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filed in the Southern District of New York involving a highly complex and public restructuring process. Creger and Walker’s team were the financial advisor to the Chapter 11 Trustee. Their advisory work helped the Trustee ensure a successful collaboration between the public and private sectors in order to provide a resolution for an otherwise insolvent Estate and to preserve the charitable intentions that donors had supported.

Creger and Walker joined CohnReznick’s Restructuring & Dispute Resolution practice in June 2019, along with six other colleagues, as part of the firm’s strategic expansion in the restructuring space.
