Monroe Capital Supports J.F. Lehman’s Acquisition of Lone Star

Monroe Capital LLC (“Monroe”) today announced it acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the acquisition of Lone Star Disposal, L.P., Delta Waste Services, L.P., and Tanner Road Facility, L.P. (together, “Lone Star”) by private equity sponsor J.F. Lehman & Company.

Based in Houston, Texas, Lone Star is a leading vertically-integrated provider of construction and demolition ("C&D") and municipal solid waste ("MSW") disposal and related environmental services. The company's comprehensive service platform utilizes an asset base consisting of a C&D landfill, an MSW transfer station, a C&D recycling facility, and a C&D collection fleet.
