Description

Factoring Level 1 is an in-depth presentation on the dynamics of factoring as a source of working capital financing, including its place in the market, how it functions, and an overview of structuring a sound factoring facility.  This course provides participants with working knowledge of factoring including the difference between factoring and lending, how factoring works, how deals are structured and how factoring risk is managed.  If you are just starting out in factoring or are interested in better understanding factoring as a financing alternative, this curriculum will provide you with a strong overall foundation to support your understanding.
 
Attendees are eligible for 14 CPE credits.
